I wanted to make sure to find a way to stay active during my pregnancy, and group exercise classes have always appealed to me. Little did I know that the best part of working out with the group would be to have other expecting moms to chat with, as we did our lunges and arm curls! I looked forward to the social aspect of the class each week, which made it easy to stay on track with my prenatal fitness plan.
