Kate is on her 5th session of Body Back and she continues to crush her goals each time! She started the program as a way to increase energy to keep up with her (then) active 3 year-old daughter and baby boy Gavin. She continues working out and attending Body Back classes to set an example for her family on how to be a good role model as a full time working mom committed to a healthy lifestyle. Kate has increased her physical fitness ability by 30%, lost 20+ pounds and has a drool-worthy-Pinterest weekday meal prep game that inspires our entire group! Outside of Body Back, she continues to push herself --- for example, as a former runner growing up, she has added runs back into her work outs and brings her A-game at class with group sprints and long jogs. Her go-to attitude and incredibly sweet nature makes her a village favorite! We are so lucky to have Kate!

Why her instructor chose her:
There is no way to do this amazing woman justice in a written paragraph, but I’m going to try. When I met Julie at our grand opening class with her “train” stroller as we called it, pushing her twins around that track as fast as she could, I knew she was going to be something special. This woman has endured many sleepless nights, illness, travel and all the wonderful hurdles that come with motherhood as graceful as any. And not only that, she strives to motivate and inspire other moms to do the same. This mom not only participates in class, she pushes herself to the limit each and every time, I never hear a complaint or an “I Can’t” out of her. Not only that, she also strategizes with me on how to get others to reach their true potential and I know I can count on her to boost morale if needed. This isn’t just to help me, she does it because she genuinely cares for every person she meets. Jennie has been an inspiration to me ever since I met her in January. She has such an easy-going way about her, she makes having three kids ranging from 10 months to 8 years old look simple! Jennie's commitment to keeping her family and herself healthy is evident. She is a part of our Body Back program and told me that she'd have her morning smoothies with her 8 year old!
